Ingredients
- 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 Bell Peppers, sliced
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Fajita Seasoning (Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder)
- Fresh Lime and Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss shrimp and veggies with oil and seasoning on a large baking sheet.
- Spread in an even layer.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
