The Ultimate Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

When it comes to cupcakes, I don’t play around. These are intensely chocolatey and perfectly tender.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
• 1 cup Sugar
• ½ cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1 cup Hot Coffee
• ½ cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

1. Whisk dry ingredients together.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Pour into lined cupcake tins.
4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes.
